Introduction
We aim to cater for the needs of visitors in our home based 2
bedroom bed and breakfast. The
following statement is a summary of our provision.
If you have any specific questions please feel free to call
us and we will endeavour to help.
Pre-Arrival
Buses can be requested to stop within 50 yards of our gates.
This is a very infrequent service (poor service on Saturday,
none on Sunday) and there is no footpath beside the road.
Main
railway station (Hereford city)3 miles away.

Arrival
& Car Parking Facilities

On arrival at the property there are double white iron gates which
will already be open when you arrive.
Off-road car parking
(but please no very large vans, lorries or coaches).
The surface is tarmac/concrete and there is a very slight
slope up the drive. There
is a total of three wide “low rise” steps down to the front
door.
Also there is a hand rail by the side of the steps to front door.
We can assist guests with normal hand luggage.

The front door is a normal width door.
The external hand rail extends to the front door.

Areas – General (Internal)
There are 3 descending “low height” steps midway across the
whole width of the hall. There
is a handrail by the steps.
All areas are well lit.
Floor covering on hall and stairs is short pile carpet.
There are 10 normal stairs leading to first landing and a further 2
steps to the upper landing. There
is a hand rail by all stairs/steps.
This landing leads to the bedrooms.
Bedrooms are on the first floor.

There is a ground floor WC by the breakfast room.

breakfast room is on the ground floor.

There
are 2 first floor bedrooms
All doors and furniture are normal width.
One bedroom is en-suite with a double bed and has two arm chairs and
has a separate toilet/shower room.
The other room has a single divan, vanity unit and arm chair.
Both bedrooms have colour TV’s and tea/coffee making facilities.
Bathroom,
Shower-room & WC (En-suite or Shared)
Ensuite
bathroom has low level entry shower, toilet, washbasin, chair.
Separate (shared) bathroom has bath, shower (high step) and wash
basin.

Information
No
smoking in the house but is permissible outside.
Payment is by cash/cheque (sterling)
Sorry we do not accept credit/debit cards or travellers cheques.
There are country views from our bedrooms.
